2. take the pictures

3. present forms and the corresponding materials

4. get the approval from municipal’s and make the certificates

1.approval form of foreigners’ application for permanent residence (provided by the Exit-entry Administration)

2. a photo (two-inch,  colored,  white ground)

3. original passport and related photocopies (information page of the holder of passport, valid endorsement page, latest entry-stamp)

4.other related confirmation with the application
