Renhuang Mountain Scenic Area features a planned structure of “One Core, One Ring, Two Areas, Double Axis, and Multiple Zones” by making reasonable use of terrain and landscape and organizing scenic spots organically. “One Core” refers to the cultural “core” - emphasizing the expression of cultural content centered on Renhuang Feiyun Scenic Area; “One Ring” stands for the leisure “ring” - the leisure landscape avenue around the foot of Renhuang Mountain; “Two Areas” refers to the mountain forest area and the plain area; “Double Axis” is divided into the north-south landscape control axis composed of the South Entrance, Renwang Temple, and Renhuang Pavilion, and the east-west landscape control axis composed of the East Entrance, Renhuang Pavilion, and the mountain ridge line; “Multiple Zones” consists of the multiple functional areas on both sides of the leisure landscape avenue.

The landscape connotation can be summarized as follows: One Pavilion (Renhuang Pavilion), One Temple (Renwang Temple), One Street (Folk Culture Street), One Park (Cultural and Creative Park), Ten Major Scenic Spots (Renhuang Sunrise, Renfan Evening Bell, Fengtai Flying clouds, Pinghu Distant View, Huangzhouting Spring, Shanshui Qingyin, Shui’an Huaxiu Flower Sea, Xiangxue Meican Plum Blossom, Fengwu Huaxuan Red Maple Leaves, Quzhu Shiyou Bamboo Forest), ten major characteristic plant-featured spots (Plum blossom slope, Osmanthus Rain, Sakura, lotus, Bamboo Grove Wind, Rhododendron Stream, Maple Forest Rosy Clouds, Camellia Path, Mulberry Park, Zizania Field), and Twelve International Recreation Clubs .
