　　MaYi , (male, Han nationality), was born in HangZhou, ZheJiang Province in November 1957. He started his career in August 1980 and joined the party in August 1984. Mr. Ma finished his graduate education in ZheJiang Provincial Party School.
　　Mr. Ma is currently working as the deputy secretary of HuZhou CPC Municipal Committee and the mayor of HuZhou city.
　　He served as deputy secretary of the Provincial youth Party Committee of ZheJiang, member of the Standing Committee of QuZhou municipal party committee and it??s minister of organization department.  He served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Wenzhou Municipal Committee and it??s minister of organization department, deputy secretary of the Wenzhou Municipal Party Committee and deputy secretary of CPC Municipal Committee of HuZhou later on.
　　In Feb 2007, He started his second term as the deputy secretary of HuZhou CPC Municipal Committee and took the position as an acting mayor of HuZhou city; he has been the mayor of HuZhou city since May 2007.
