Project Background and Conditions:
The Taihu Lake Tuying Resort is located at the center of Yangtze river delta. The project site is within the reach of major cities in Yangtze river delta, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou etc by one and half hour drive, and enjoys easy access. The road and highway inside the resort has been completed. Neighboring Taihu Lake Resort, the Tuying Resort boasts unique geomorphology, rich ecological resources and beautiful landscape. It is a unique place in Yangtze river delta to develop the tourism industry.
Project Progress:
The resort started to build in the end of 2008. A total investment of RMB 2.78 billion has been completed by the end of 2011. With an investment amount of RMB 1.2 billion, the 22.6 kilometer long landscape boulevard along the lakeshore has been finished. The 10-kilometer long high class highway with an investment amount of RMB 500 million has been completed as well. The road construction in the resort has started up, totaling an investment of RMB 480 million. The rural residents in the project site will be relocated to the houses newly built before the end of this year.
Plan of Implementation:
The construction items include high-end physical examination center, nursing center, rehabilitation center, nurse school, starred hotel, convention center and other supporting facilities. The healthcare facilities will cover the purposes of medical service, healthcare, medical research and education, medical tourism etc.It is an integrated project for healthcare and tourism industry. The total investment for the project amounts to 1 billion US dollars.

Zhejiang Taihu Lake Tuying Resort is the high-end tourism facilities which integrated the functions of tourism, entertainment, healthcare, convention and vacation and residence.
