Huzhou  Market Supervising Administration is attached to Zhejiang Administration for Industry and Commerce. It performs the responsibilities of market supervision and administrative law enforcement within its jurisdiction.

　　Huzhou Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce organizes and regulates the registration of market participants including industrial and commercial enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises, individual businesses and other enterprises engaging in production and operation activities. It verifies the registration, confirmation and authorization of enterprise names according to law, issues relevant licenses and implements management and supervision.
