As is shown in Zhejiang Provincial Construction Land Dynamic Supervision System, since the beginning of this year our city has activated 885 hectares of stock construction land, overfulfiling city’s target set by the province by over 533 more hectares 2 months in advance. For this reason, the provincial government has granted Huzhou 248 hectares of new construction land (21.2% of the provincial new construction land plan bonus), making Huzhou rank first in the province.

Since land resource is the foundation of economic and social development, tapping stock construction land is an important point to relieve the contradiction between land supply and demand and to promote the transformation of economic development mode. Amid the pandemic and the complex and severe situation, city has made every effort to tap our stock land resources and made remarkable achievements. Since the beginning of this year, our city has supplied over 2178 ha. of land for industrial and infrastructure projects, including Huzhou-Hangzhou-Huangshang High-Speed Railway and S211 Nanxun-Lin’an Expressway. A total of 452 pieces of industrial “standard land”, with an area of 914 ha., are sold, ranking second in the province.
