Since the full launch of the registration of existing off-campus training institution, 205 institutions in our city have gone through the registration procedures, among which 129 have changed their business scope and 76 have canceled the business licenses.
Last month, Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, together with Municipal Education Bureau and Civil Affairs Bureau, issued a notice that specifies that existing for-profit after-school training institutions of curriculum subjects for students in compulsory education will be registered as non-profit ones by the end of 2021.
Under the guidance of the provincial and municipal “double reduction” special class, committed to strict examination and approval, stock reduction and no increase, the Bureau promotes legal registration through working actively, strengthening guidance, and providing prompt service. On November 2nd, at the promotion meeting of this work by the market supervision bureaus across the city, the districts and counties reported the progress of this work and difficulties encountered, and shared their working experience.
Next, the Bureau will further optimize the registration process, contact relevant departments in time and do its job well, so as to ensure that the registration rate reaches 100% by the end of this month.
