Situated at Hongqiao Town, Changxing County, the Taihu Comprehensive Tourist Belt possesses a picturesque landscape with lucid water and charming lakeshores. Since the river chief system introduced first in the country 18 years ago, Changxing County has adopted such measures as digital river regulation, the cooperation of river chiefs and supervisors, the construction of green lanes along Taihu Lake and industrial governance.
