On August 23, at the first phase of the Tiegongshui logistics park wharf project in Yangjiabu Street, South Taihu New District，3 red gantry cranes are being finalized and the construction personnel are doing the asphalt paving and other sporadic works next to the 281-meter-long shoreline.　

The terminal project of Huzhou Tiegongshui comprehensive logistics park is a provincial key project, and it is located in the Tiegongshui comprehensive logistics park. It is adjacent to Changhushen Channel in the south, 104 National Road in the west and connected to the Xuan-Hang Railway. Additionally, it has an annual design capacity of 6.8 million tons, with a total of 21，500-ton berths arranged. According to the principle of "one-time planning and phased construction", the first phase of the project will build 5 production berths and corresponding supporting production and living auxiliary facilities.　

The first phase of the terminal project has started construction since May 2019, with a total area of 307 acres and a construction area of 14704.81 square meters. The total investment is about 380 million yuan, and 98% of the total project volume has been completed. Ma Xinfeng, the head of the project, said that since this year, under the premise of ensuring the quality of the project and safe and civilized construction, personnel have been arranged to work overtime and grab the construction period to ensure the completion of the first phase of the terminal next month.
