Last night, produced by the Publicity Department of the CPC Huzhou Municipal Party Committee and the Huzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism, and created and rehearsed by the Huzhou Cultural Center and the Huzhou Opera Learning Center, the large-scale original realistic Huzhou opera “A Leaf” was successfully auditioned at the Huzhou Grand Theater.

As a demonstration project of China’s “Cultural Capitals of East Asia” exchange activities, the performance was attended by leaders from 17 winning cities of “Cultural Capitals of East Asia”, relevant officials from provincial-level departments, as well as residents in Huzhou.
