It has continued to deepen the thematic practice of “Beautiful China, Dynamic Huzhou” and vigorously implemented the “Large-scale Investment Attraction, Talent Introduction, Cultivation, and Development” initiative, striving to stabilize growth, promote transformation, benefit the people, and prevent risks. In the first half of the year, the economic operation showed “steady progress, generally in line with expectations; orderly breakthroughs and establishments, with some areas still under pressure”. The entire city must conscientiously implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee into specific work, maintain confidence, overcome difficulties, strive for excellence through hard work, take grasping reforms and adding vitality as the key, prioritize stable growth and ensuring basic needs, take strengthening opening-up and promoting integration as the strategic orientation, regard attracting major investments and enhancing future potential as the fundamental strategy, and treat risk prevention and bottom-line adherence as the basic requirement. We must go all out to do a good job in the second half of the year to ensure the high-quality completion of annual objectives and tasks.
