Yesterday afternoon, the Municipal Party Committee held a meeting of the city's leading cadres to convey and carry on the instructions of General-Secretary Xi Jinping in his important speeches during the national two sessions, the spirit of the national two sessions, as well as the spirit of the provincial leading cadres meeting, and to arrange the city's efforts in studying and implementing these directives.
     Chen Hao, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. Lian Kunming, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and mayor, conveyed the relevant content.       Chen Hao emphasized that this year's national two sessions, held at the pivotal juncture of concluding the 14th Five-Year Plan and strategizing for the 15th Five-Year Plan, is of significant importance and far-reaching impact. All levels and departments in the city, as well as the party members and cadres, should deeply grasp the spirit of General-Secretary Xi Jinping in his series of important speeches during two sessions. They should thoroughly grasp the work arrangements of the conference reports and the relevant requirements for the revision of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Deputies to the National People's Congress and Local People's Congresses at Various Levels", effectively unify their thoughts and actions with the decisions and plans made at the national two sessions, and to steadfastly strengthen the commitment to the "Two Affirmations" and resolutely act on the "Two Upholds" through practical actions and tangible results.
