Yesterday afternoon, Chen Hao, the Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, visited Nanxun District for inspection and chaired the 131st "Beautiful China, Dynamic Huzhou" Government-Enterprise Symposium. He stressed that Nanxun serves as Huzhou's "bridge-head" for integration with Shanghai and the "eastern gateway" for opening-up. We must firmly grasp the major opportunity presented by the opening of the Shanghai-Suzhou-Huzhou high-speed railway, and to coordinate efforts in investment attraction, project development, industrial upgrading, and enterprise support services. The government and enterprises should work together to advance the high-level development of the Huzhou-Shanghai Innovation Cooperation Zone, continuously foster new drivers and advantages for high-quality development, and contribute more to the city's overall development.       Chen Hao emphasized that in recent years, Nanxun District has actively seized the opportunities of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta and the historical opening of the Shanghai-Suzhou-Huzhou high-speed railway, deeply implemented the comprehensive strategy to integrate with Shanghai, accelerated the construction of Huzhou's integration with Shanghai Innovation Cooperation Zone, and accelerated the gathering of high-end resource elements. These efforts have created favorable conditions and provided a broad platform for enterprises to establish and grow in Nanxun. He hopes that Nanxun District can firmly grasp the strategic opportunities and geographical advantages, transform and enhance traditional industries, cultivate and strengthen emerging industries, advance the layout of future industries, and accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system supported by advanced manufacturing.
