Currently, the talent recruitment model of our city has achieved a deep transformation from "broad outreach" to "targeted precision recruitment," establishing a tripartite linkage mechanism involving local government, universities, and enterprises. We have launched the "Youth Entrepreneurship Express Channel", organizing employing enterprises to intensively carry out recruitment activities for young talent and youth innovation projects in universities across provinces such as Shaanxi, Gansu, Shanxi, Anhui, and Yunnan. According to statistics from the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, from January to May, the city held 226 recruitment events of various types, gathering and attracting 29,500 university students and various talents.

"Relying on the Yangtze River Delta 'one-hour commuting circle,' the 'Youth Innovation Express Channel' operates weekly, compressing the response time for campus recruitment in universities within the Delta region to 'one-hour-level'," introduced the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Wuxing District.

The Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau introduced that, up to now, our city has established a "Youth Entrepreneurship City" construction alliance with 188 universities nationwide. Simultaneously, online platforms such as the large human resources market and the "Huzhou Human Resources and Social Security" official account are utilized to widely release recruitment information, offering services like online resume submission, live-streamed job introductions, and video interviews to precisely match high-quality talent nationwide. Since the beginning of this year, four universities including Southwestern University of Finance and Economics have successively established employment and talent workstations in Huzhou, collectively visiting 99 employing units and signing 17 university-enterprise cooperation agreements.
