In addition, 75 new provincial-level high-tech research and development centers were established, bringing the total to 627. The total amount of technology transactions certified and registered during the year was 20.848 billion yuan, a 56.6% increase compared with the previous year. The city's effective invention patents per 10,000 people were 49.1, and the effective high-value invention patents per 10,000 people were 17.9, ranking second in the province.
